When sessions are in progress I do not break off to answer the phone and there are times when I am unavailable for various reasons.  To allow messages to get through my voicemail is in operation, please leave a message and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.  Should I need to return a call and you are not available I will simply leave my name and telephone number.   You can also contact me via email or text.

What To Do In A Crisis
I am often able to offer appointments at short notice, but please note that I cannot offer emergency support. This is because I cannot guarantee that I am online or available on the telephone at the exact moment when you might be trying to contact me. If you do find yourself in a crisis and feel that you need to speak to somebody urgently, please contact the Samaritans. Immediate support is available by telephoning the Samaritans within the UK at any time on 08457 90 90 90 or you can email them by writing to jo@samaritans.org. Currently, their website states that they will do their best to respond to an email within 12 hours. All information about you and what you disclose is kept completely confidential. You might also want to consider talking to your GP or other health care professional. In an emergency please contact the appropriate emergency service.
